Shipping

Please take note that all orders are packed and shipped every Wednesday and can take 3 to 5 work days for delivery. 

AVAILABLE SHIPMENT OPTIONS:

1. Door-to-door shipment to major cities within South Africa. Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between Monday and Friday, between 9:00 and 17:00. 
2. PostNet-to-PostNet shipment at a fee of R99. Contact us at info@marulaoils.co.za to provide the name of the PostNet where you wish to collect your order. 

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER:
Products are shipped from Johannesburg, South Africa. All orders are packed and shipped every Wednesday and can take 3 to 5 work days for delivery to all major cities within South Africa. Delivery to outlying areas, may take longer. 

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS:

Due to hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
